The force is transmitted centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents the servo output from jamming. The servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process is similar to the manufacturing of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength lever that does not need to shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum.
