At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers get their shape in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength lever that does not shy away from a comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum.
