The ribs are fitted with feet that are inserted into a building jig and additionally aligned with \"combs.\" The milled ribs have a spacing of only 12mm in the leading edge area. This significantly reduces wrinkling of the covering film, which greatly increases airfoil accuracy and thus flight performance. Furthermore, the open wing with its many ribs is an optical highlight for every model airplane enthusiast.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe fuselage is constructed using a mixed construction method of aircraft plywood and balsa wood. A very light and tapered carbon fiber tube is used as the fuselage boom. The rudder and elevator are also constructed from milled balsa parts.
