Fix a 2mm (inner diameter) bowden cable tube on both sides with superglue. The tube should be approximately as long as the door. The bowden cable tube will only be cut later. Glue the tube with thickened resin where the hinge will later be. After curing, mill slots into the tube at the hinge position. Now you can attach the hinges and check if they open wide enough. Please bevel the landing gear doors at the hinge side by approx. 45°. Fix the doors with adhesive tape in the bay (closed state).
