Shipping & Delivery
All prices include statutory VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, shipping costs are calculated without VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges in the destination country are borne by the buyer.
How to read this overview
- Shipping class: Every item belongs to a shipping class – e.g. standard items, liquids, batteries or bulky goods. Below you will find one table per shipping class with the shipping costs per delivery zone. The countries in each delivery zone are listed at the end of the page.
- Mixed cart: If your cart contains items of several shipping classes, the more demanding shipping method applies to the whole order. Example: a battery over 100 Wh turns the shipment into a dangerous goods shipment.
- Order value: Notes such as “from €129.00 order value” refer to the value of the goods in your cart.
- Small parcel: The DHL small parcel is only available within Germany and only for small, light items up to the stated order value. Above that, your order ships as a regular DHL parcel.
- Not listed? If a delivery zone is missing from a table, items of that shipping class unfortunately cannot be shipped there. Pickup at our store is always possible.
- At checkout you will automatically only see the shipping methods available for your cart and delivery address.
