Shipping & Delivery
All prices include VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, shipping prices are calculated without VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges in the destination country shall be borne by the buyer.
Free shipping from €129 (Germany only)
For standard items, liquids and batteries up to 99.9 Wh within Germany: From a goods value of €129.00, shipping is free. Certain items are generally shipped free of charge (e.g. specially marked products).
Shipping costs by product category
Our shop automatically recognizes the shipping class of each item. In the checkout, only options that are permissible for the contents of your shopping cart are displayed.
Standard items, liquids & batteries up to 99.9 Wh
These items are generally shipped with DHL. Liquids and batteries up to 99.9 Wh can only be delivered to Germany and EU countries – no shipping to non-EU countries or global zones. Batteries up to 99.9 Wh are also not shippable to Switzerland for customs reasons.

Small parcels
Small and lightweight items are shipped as small parcels within Germany. Depending on the shopping cart value, the following options are available in the checkout:
- Under €50 goods value: DHL Small Parcel (€3.95) or DHL Standard Parcel (€5.95)
- From €50 goods value: exclusively DHL Standard Parcel (€5.95, free from €129)
For all other delivery zones, the prices for standard items apply (table above).
Batteries over 100 Wh – Dangerous Goods Class 9
Lithium batteries with more than 100 Wh are subject to dangerous goods class 9 (UN 3480) and can only be shipped within Germany. Shipping is handled by DPD Dangerous Goods.

Bulky Goods
Particularly voluminous and heavy items are delivered either by DHL (bulky goods surcharge) or by freight forwarder, depending on their size.

Cash on Delivery (Germany only)
Within Germany, for standard items, liquids, batteries up to 99.9 Wh, and bulky goods, you can also order by cash on delivery (payment upon delivery). The cash on delivery fee will be shown in the checkout in addition to the shipping price.
Store Pickup (Click & Collect)
All in-stock items can be picked up free of charge at our store. If a shopping cart contains an item that is only for pickup, no shipping option will be available at checkout.
