Legal Guarantee
Legal guarantee rights exist independently of manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties do not restrict these rights.
At least two years of legal guarantee of conformity for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can exercise their rights under the legal guarantee, for example when the goods
- do not match the description,
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. In such cases, sellers must offer the following:
- free repair or free replacement,
- in certain cases, a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods?
- Report the problem to us as soon as possible.
- Provide proof of purchase, e.g. the receipt, invoice or a bank statement.

Sellers and manufacturers may also grant commercial guarantees that apply independently of the legal guarantee. For example, the GARAN mark shows that the manufacturer grants a commercial durability guarantee at no additional cost that covers the entire product.
