Shipping & Delivery
All prices include the applicable value-added tax (VAT). For shipments to countries outside the European Union, shipping rates are calculated excluding VAT. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges that may apply in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Free shipping on orders of €129 or more (Germany only)
For items and batteries up to 99.9 Wh within Germany: Shipping is free for orders totaling €129.00 or more (excluding any separate surcharges). Gift cards are always shipped free of charge.

Our store automatically detects the available shipping methods for each item. Only the available shipping options will be displayed in the shopping cart.
Liquids & Batteries up to 99.9 Wh
We always ship via DHL. Liquids and batteries up to 99.9 Wh (max. 6S/4500mAh) can only be shipped to Germany and EU countries. Unfortunately, shipping to countries outside the EU is not possible in this case. Furthermore, due to shipping regulations, batteries up to 99.9 Wh cannot be shipped to Switzerland.

Small parcels
Small and lightweight items are dispatched as small parcels within Germany. Depending on the value of your basket, the following options are available at checkout:
- Order value under €50: DHL Small Parcel (€3.95) or DHL Standard Parcel (€5.95)
- From €50: DHL Standard Parcel only (€5.95, free for orders over €129)
For all other delivery zones, the prices for standard items apply (see table above).
Batteries over 100 Wh – Class 9 dangerous goods
Lithium batteries with a capacity of more than 100 Wh (e.g. 6S/5000mAh) are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods (UN 3480) and may only be dispatched within Germany. These are always dispatched as DPD dangerous goods.

Bulky goods
Particularly large items are delivered as bulky goods via DHL. Oversized items are shipped via a freight forwarder.

In-store collection (Click & Collect)
Orders can also be collected from our shop in 96486 Lautertal. This is only possible from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.
