The PowerBox PIK connector range combines proven RC plug systems with modern Hot-Melt technology.
For this purpose, the cables are soldered in our factory and then checked by a second employee for correct polarity and perfect workmanship. Afterwards, the cable is placed in a specially manufactured injection mold and welded with a special plastic at 220°C and 10bar pressure.
This process permanently seals the solder joints and provides strain relief. Neither mechanical stress nor environmental influences such as moisture or heat can negatively affect this connection. The plastic is resistant to vibration, oxidation, oils, acids, alkalis and fuels, and is also temperature resistant from -30°C to +90°C.
The variations offer different cable cross-sections, adapters, charging cables or even servo connections with 3-core cables. Our cables up to a cross-section of 1.0mm² have PVC insulation; the 1.5mm² and 2.5mm² cables are insulated with a silicone sheath.
