The Tasman with a 1500mm wingspan is a newly developed high-performance STOL model that combines extreme short takeoffs and landings with aerobatic capabilities. The impressive flight characteristics and oversized air-filled tires, combined with large flaps that can be set almost vertically downwards, make this model a perfect STOL trainer for aggressive takeoffs and landings on almost any surface. The brushless motor, a 40A ESC, and a perfectly matched 2-blade propeller (designed for 4S LiPo) with very smooth running prove to be a harmonious setup and enable almost all flight maneuvers such as rolls, loops, inverted flight, and knife-edge flight. Due to the deep wing, which gives the model absolute trainer characteristics, the Tasman is equally suitable for beginners and advanced pilots. The model is factory-equipped with digital servos and LED wingtip lighting. All parts such as the rudder, wing, landing gear, and elevator are bolted, and the model has a high degree of scale realism thanks to its great paintwork and many details. The Tasman is equipped with a large battery compartment that can accommodate 4S batteries from 2200-3300mAh, allowing for a wide range of power and flight time.
