The backup battery solution for all common brushless ESCs with integrated BEC.
With the ESC Backup, a reliable and redundant receiver power supply can be set up using an existing BEC power supply from the motor ESC and an additional battery. The ESC Backup has two inputs from the motor ESC, one for the PWM output, the other, if available, for telemetry.
The signals are passed through 1:1, and the current-carrying leads are decoupled from the buffer battery, which is connected to the underside.
Thus, a failure or even a short circuit in the BEC of the motor ESC has no negative effects on the receiver power supply.
The ESC Backup can be loaded with up to 20A current and is supplied ready for installation with all plugs and cables.
