The Bell UH-1, also known as the "Huey," is a light multi-purpose helicopter manufactured by the American company Bell Helicopter and is one of the most famous helicopter models. Originally developed in the 1950s for the US Army for evacuation, this type of helicopter was used worldwide by numerous armed forces. The UH-1 gained particular notoriety in the Vietnam War, where armed versions of this model were used for the first time.

To start, both joysticks of the remote control are moved to the lower outer corner to unlock and start the brushless motors. The model can then be brought to the desired altitude using the throttle/pitch lever, where it hovers stably thanks to the extensive sensor technology.

The built-in LED position lights (red and green) on the sides and a position light on the tail provide better orientation, so the helicopter can be safely controlled even in poorer lighting conditions. A status LED on the top informs the pilot about the current flight status of the model at all times. For even more control, the ground sensor can be deactivated via the remote control, and the maximum control deflections of the servos can also be adjusted. In addition, the model has the ability to fly inverted, which can be activated by a button on the remote control. This function is only possible at a safety altitude of at least five meters.)

The battery can be conveniently charged via the USB-C charging socket and also has an integrated voltage tester as well as a 5V output, which allows the connection of an additional landing light, a mini camera or other compatible devices.
