The Bergfalke from Phoenix is a true-to-original glider with a 3.30m wingspan. The model is constructed from extremely light and high-strength wood and is designed for electric propulsion.
The Original:
The Scheibe Bergfalke is a two-seater glider, primarily used for training and performance flights.
Absolutely True to Original:
This Phoenix model is in no way inferior to its prototype. Many beautiful detailed solutions make the Bergfalke appear like the original when viewed on the ground.
And even in the air, the model presents an absolutely "scale" flight image, which is hardly distinguishable from the flight image of the full-scale prototype.
Wood Construction with an Extremely High Degree of Pre-fabrication:
The model is constructed from extremely light and high-strength, laser-cut wood. The construction boasts an enormous degree of pre-fabrication, which reduces the construction effort almost exclusively to the installation of the drive and electronics.
Original ORACOVER® Covering:
The aircraft model is completely covered with ORACOVER® film, which is known for its durability on the one hand and provides a great look on the other.
Designed for Electric Propulsion:
The Bergfalke from Phoenix is designed for electric propulsion, which efficiently pulls the model into thermals.
