Bindan Propeller Glue, Wood Glue, 100g

Bindan-P can be used for all wood bonding. The best wood glue for model making.

• Non-toxic, high-quality synthetic resin glue
• Without extenders and fillers
• Without solvents and formaldehyde

The glue joints dry transparent, are guaranteed mold and water resistant.

Open time: 5 -10 min.
Pressing time at 20°C: approx. 30 min.
Handleable after approx. 20 min. - Cured after approx. 10 hours.

For simple bonds (cardboard, styrofoam, felt, fabric, leather), it is sufficient to place a heavy object on the parts.

APPLICATION

1. The surface must be clean, grease-free and dry.
2. Apply glue thinly and evenly over the joints, press after a maximum of 10 minutes (open time).
3. Processing temperature not below +10°C.
4. Immediately wipe off overflowing glue with a damp cloth.
5. Clean tools immediately with water after use.
6. Wipe resinous and oily woods beforehand with a cloth soaked in acetone or 99% alcohol.

CONSUMPTION

For full-surface bonding, consumption approx. 120-150g/m² (use glue spreader).
For tongue and groove bonding, consumption approx. 30g/m.

Shelf life: 12 months at room temperature

The average breaking strength according to DIN 68 602/EN 204 is > 1400 kg/cm²
