Brushless Motor BOOST 160 V2, Pichler # 15663

The BOOST 160 is a 28-pole BLDC motor (brushless outrunner). It was designed by Pichler based on the latest findings and stands out for its highest quality, peak performance, and robustness. What many people don't know: In the early 2000s, PICHLER was one of the pioneers in the German market, fully supporting the outrunner concept and offering corresponding motors in their product range. The open design is groundbreaking because the propeller's airflow optimally cools the motor internally. Only a cool-running motor consistently delivers high power. The practical, integrated propeller mount is precisely matched to the propeller sizes used with motors of this magnitude. No additional adapters, e.g., those that require excessive drilling of propellers and thus weaken them, are necessary. A stable, milled 4-point mounting ring allows for easy installation in the model. An additional, large ball bearing also "rock-solidly" supports the casing of the motor bell in the rear area (bell support bearing), ensuring absolute concentricity and preventing damage to the shaft bearings.

The BOOST 160 motor is a powerful replacement for gasoline engines with approximately 30cc displacement.
