The de Havilland D.H.82 Tiger Moth is a single-engine biplane trainer that had its maiden flight in 1931. Designed by Geoffrey de Havilland, it was primarily used as a trainer aircraft by the British Royal Air Force (RAF). After its service life ended around 1950, many D.H.82s were used for civilian purposes, and a number of them are still flying at veteran meetings today.
The kit, with precisely laser-cut balsa and plywood parts, is modeled after the original. The model can be built following the plan.
