The Delta 24 Trigon is a sleek and compact ducted fan model constructed using conventional wooden building techniques. The model is designed for the WeMoTec Mini-Fan evo, a ducted fan with a diameter of 69 mm. With a suitable power system, a thrust-to-weight ratio of almost 1:1 is possible.
An ideal power system for the Delta 24 Trigon is the Mini-Fan evo / HET 2W22 ducted fan set in conjunction with the MF D8 nozzle, which is matched to the power system. This power system delivers 11.8 N of thrust on 4S LiPo, with the current remaining below 50 A.
Batteries with a capacity of 3,000 mAh promise a good combination of low flying weight and long flight time. No additional ballast is required to set the center of gravity with this configuration.

Construction is carried out on the typical aeronaut models' building jig, and assembly is quick and straightforward. The detailed building instructions illustrate and describe the individual construction steps, leaving no questions unanswered. Nevertheless, experience with fast RC models is required for building and especially for flying this model.
