Double Fork Lever 76/92mm for Futaba/Savox Servos, PU 1 piece

This double fork lever is ideally suited for all linkages in a push/pull arrangement. To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder smoothly and without play, the fork servo levers have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transmitted centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents the servo output from jamming. The servo levers are made from highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo levers. The result is a high-strength lever that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo levers are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

The delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint, item no. 993010. Optionally, you can also install the ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993008 (for threaded rod M2). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
