Very low-viscosity, solvent- and filler-free, transparent laminating and coating system with a tack-free, glossy surface.

• Highly transparent, very clear, max. slightly reddish in thicker layers
• Largely UV-stable
• Tack-free curing of thinnest layers
• Also for casting in layer thicknesses up to 5 mm in one operation
• Nonylphenol-free

Epoxy Resin HT 2 is suitable for impregnating glass, aramid and carbon fibers* and for bonding wood, metal, styrofoam, etc.

*Due to the low surface tension, the system shows good filler absorption. Reinforcing fibers such as glass, aramid and carbon are very well wetted.

Epoxy Resin HT 2 is a laminating resin based on Bisphenol A/F. Bisphenol F reduces viscosity and prevents the resin from crystallizing at low temperatures (below +5 °C).

Epoxy Resin HT 2 is difunctionally reactive-thinned, solvent- and filler-free.

The system is highly transparent and, with finished glass fabrics (Finish FK 144/FK 800), produces highly transparent laminates with good lightfastness.
