Epoxy Resin L + Hardener CL (60 min) 930g work pack
The resin system Epoxy Resin L + Hardener CL has excellent impregnation and wetting properties for glass, aramid, and carbon fibres. It is also particularly suitable for CFRP coating of components.
- Free of nonylphenol and DETA
- Low viscosity
- High transparency
- Good UV resistance
- Tack-free curing even of the thinnest layers
- Glass transition temperature (Tg) > 90 °C (with warm curing 70 °C / 15 h)
- High static and dynamic strength (approx. equivalent to Epoxy Resin L 285 with Hardener 285)
Processing time: 60 minutes (100 g / 20 °C)
Mixing ratio:
100 : 30 parts by weight Epoxy Resin L : Hardener CL
100 : 35 parts by volume Epoxy Resin L : Hardener CL
The resin system is usually cured at room temperature, but does not develop significant brittleness even at curing temperatures below 20 °C (approx. 24 - 48 h). To exploit the full potential and obtain optimal mechanical and physical properties, we recommend an additional warm curing at at least 40 °C for 15 h.
Epoxy Resin L + Hardener CL is suitable for the following processing methods:
- Hand lamination
- Vacuum pressing
- Wet pressing
