Epoxy Resin L with Hardener S, 1000g Working Pack, RG # 1001001

The Epoxy Resin L with its corresponding hardeners is the most commonly used laminating and bonding resin from the R&G product range. Due to its low surface tension, good adhesion and low curing shrinkage, it is very suitable for bonding wood, metal and PS rigid foams such as Styropor®. It can be processed using all common methods such as hand laminating, pressure and vacuum impregnation, as well as pressing and winding.
Epoxy Resin L with Hardener S exhibits similar mechanical properties to the laminating systems commonly used in aircraft construction.
Processing time: 15 minutes (100 g / 20 °C)

100 : 40 parts by weight Epoxy Resin L : Hardener S
100 : 45 parts by volume Epoxy Resin L : Hardener S
Curing time: 24 hours
Cold curing, cures from 5 °C (low-temperature hardener)
Heat distortion temperature: approx. 65 °C.
