Flight Recorder/MSB Data Logger, # 85420

Extremely small, lightweight data logger that records all data available on the MULTIPLEX Sensor Bus (MSB) to a Micro-SD card.

The data is saved in .csv format and transferred to a PC via the Micro-SD card (Micro-SD USB card reader included). The data can then be displayed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel or LogView.

The Flight Recorder is connected to the sensor port ("S") of a telemetry-capable M-LINK receiver or any sensor in the model.

• The recording duration with a 2GB Micro SD card is at least 100 hours with maximum data volume and maximum number of sensors. It is possible to replace it with a larger, commercially available Micro-SD card for even more recordings at any time.

• Recording start/stop is done via the remote control or alternatively automatically when switching on/off.

• Flight path display via GPS data in GoogleEarth:

Data export via LogView in ".kml" data format for GoogleEarth is possible with the MULTIPLEX GPS # M85417 from version 1.30.

• Operation as a data logger in the transmitter possible

The FlightRecorder can also be operated as a telemetry data logger in the transmitter. The FlightRecorder is connected to the "COM." interface* on the HFM3, HFM4, HFMx V2, HFMG or COCKPIT SX M-LINK. However, only when operated in the model as a true FlightRecorder is seamless data recording with maximum data rate of the telemetry or sensor values guaranteed. The operation of the FlightRecorder in the transmitter is also possible simultaneously with the Telemetry-Display # 4 5182! * For older modules HFM3 and HFM4 M-LINK as well as the COCKPIT SX M-LINK, a hardware or software update may be required.

• "Stand-alone operation" possible

Operation of the FlightRecorder is also possible without an M-LINK system (receiver and transmitter). The data of directly connected sensors is recorded (e.g., in models without 2.4GHz or third-party RC systems or independently of model sports during: hiking, bike tours, etc.)

• The firmware can be updated via PC/Internet update (MULTIPLEX-Launcher) with USB-PC cable (UNI) # M85149.
