The 80mm F-86 from FMS is a true-to-original RC jet made of EPO foam construction with a 1.22m wingspan. The model comes almost ready to fly out of the box – including numerous scale details, electric retractable landing gear, an efficient 80mm 12-blade impeller, and lighting.

Like the Original

The FMS F-86 in silver/blue comes in a realistic color scheme and with numerous scale details. Developed to replicate both the appearance and performance of the real jet, FMS has incorporated its decades of experience into the design of the F-86 with an 80mm impeller. Details such as the pilot figure, cockpit interior, fairings, auxiliary tanks, landing gear doors, etc., and dynamic features such as LED navigation and landing lights, shock-absorbing electric retractable landing gear, and flaps make the model a real eye-catcher.

Extremely High Level of Pre-fabrication

Like all other FMS aircraft models, the 80mm F-86 was developed with the goal of minimizing assembly time. The two-part fuselage construction reduces the packed size by 30 percent, allowing the F-86 to be transported even in confined spaces.

Functional Lighting

The F-86 is equipped with a variety of lighting effects, including navigation lights (left red, right green), nozzle navigation lights (one red, one white), and landing lights (white), which emphasize the authentic appearance of the jet.

Pre-installed Electronics

All electronics are pre-installed in the model. The 80mm 12-blade impeller is powered by a 3665 brushless inrunner motor and a 100A high-performance controller. A total of 11 digital metal gear servos execute control commands quickly and reliably. The electric retractable landing gear is also pre-installed and wired in the model.
