Moulding Resin P with Hardener P 25, working pack 400g, R&G # 1151540
Moulding Resin P:
- Hard-elastic, edge-stable
- Very good grindability and polishability (Shore D-hardness Ø 75)
- Thixotropic (non-sagging)
- Manufactured under vacuum, therefore optimally air bubble-free and homogeneous
Black pigmented epoxy resin for surface coats in mould making. High edge stability, polishable. Moulding Resin P is processed and cured at room temperature. It can be used as a surface coat in conjunction with epoxy resin laminates or with laminating ceramics. In contrast to metal-filled systems, the surfaces are polishable. The surface coat is hard-elastic, not brittle, and has good edge stability.
Consumption: approx. 0.6 kg/m² (Ø 0.5 mm layer thickness)
Hardener P-25:
Hardener for Moulding Resin P with a processing time of 20 minutes.
