FUNCUB XL ND, RR EPP Model with Drive and 6x HS-225BB Servos

The new Funcub XL ND (NEW DESIGN) is the evolution of the versatile and popular Funcub XL (Multi-function high-wing aerobatic tow plane).
The goal was to reduce weight and give it a fresh new look. The weight savings were achieved by redesigning the landing gear and the new EPP wheels, saving approximately 200g. This resulted in even lower flight speed and a better thrust-to-weight ratio. The tuning landing gear (#1-02061) can also be retrofitted to the existing Funcub XL.
This further improves its outstanding short take-off and landing characteristics, making it usable on almost any terrain.
Like its predecessor, the new Funcub XL ND also features many beautiful details, such as the very elegant LED covers for optional lighting with the POWER-MULTIlight (# 73030) - a real eye-catcher. It also has a standard towing hitch (additional HS-225 servo required for activation) and a large drop chute for which a suitable parachutist (# 852004) is also available.

It flies extremely precisely and maturely! With large rudder flaps, plenty of power and very balanced flight characteristics, vertical climbs, aerobatics with knife-edge flights, and even torque rolls are possible!
The weight savings of the XL ND further enhance flight performance. The FunCub XL stands out with extravagant design solutions, setting new standards in its class. A remarkably strong fuselage thanks to "M-Frame Technology," stable and lightweight carbon tubes (CFK) in the wings, offset flaps, and very simple and quick assembly of the model - thanks to the bracing with quick-release fasteners.
