14mm Fork Servo Horn for MKS-Mini Servos, PU 1 piece
To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder without play and with smooth operation, the fork servo horns have been designed for extreme loads. The force transmission is centered on the servo gearing, which prevents jamming of the servo output. The servo horns are made from highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it has been adopted for the production of these servo horns. The result is a high-strength lever that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo horns are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Delivery includes the pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Alternatively, you can also mount ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
