To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder without play and with smooth operation, the fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. Power transmission occurs centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents the servo output from jamming. The servo arms are made of highly compressed carbon fiber reinforced plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the manufacture of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength lever that does not need to shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.

Delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Optionally, you can also install ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
