25mm Fork Servo Arm for KST / MKS
with 25T-6 Spline, Carbon Reinforced, PU 1 Piece

To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder without play and with smooth operation, the fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transferred centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents jamming of the servo output. The servo arms are made from highly compressed carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the arms are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process has similarities to the manufacture of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength arm that does not shy away from comparison with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.  

Delivery includes a pre-installed ball joint (item no. 993008). Optionally, you can also install ball joints item no. GG993009 (for M2.5 threaded rod) and item no. GG993010 (for M3 threaded rod). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
