30mm Fork Servo Arm for KST / MKS with 25T-6 Output, Carbon Reinforced, PU 1 piece
To ensure that the high torque of modern digital servos can be transmitted to the rudder without play and with smooth operation, these fork servo arms have been designed for extreme loads. The force is transmitted centrally to the servo gearing, which prevents jamming of the servo output. The servo arms are made of high-density carbon fiber plastic. At 300 °C and under high pressure, the levers are shaped in hardened stainless steel molds. Since this process is similar to the production of highly stressed components in large aircraft construction, it was adopted for the production of these servo arms. The result is a high-strength lever that can easily compete with aluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration-resistant than aluminum. All servo arms are manufactured in Germany on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
Delivery includes the pre-installed ball joint item no. 993008. Alternatively, you can also install the ball joints item no. GG993009 (for threaded rod M2.5) and item no. GG993010 (for threaded rod M3). These are not included in the scope of delivery and must be ordered separately.
