M4 Threaded Adapter for 6mm CFRP Tubes, PU 2 Pieces
This threaded adapter is suitable for connecting a 6mm CFRP tube and has a built-in M4x25 threaded rod. Now, the connection between the control horn and the servo horn can be made quickly and securely. The ball joint adapter with the firmly injected M4 threaded rod is simply glued onto the cut CFRP tube with some 5min epoxy or thick superglue. The mounted ball joint adapter effectively prevents the CFRP tubes from bursting. The resulting servo-control horn connection is not only very light and stable but also prevents premature wear of the servo gearbox due to its low mass.
The M4x24 threaded rods are precisely manufactured on CNC machines from hardened steel and then surface-finished. This reliably prevents any deviation in the M4 thread, which is common with many M4 threaded rods and represents a significant uncertainty factor.
