This 1mm thick FR4 GRP plate made of glass filament fabric can be used in many areas. Good workability, versatile applications, electrical and mechanical insulation capability, temperature resistance and high strength make FR 4 a very high-quality material.
Among other things, FR4 has very good mechanical load capacity and high creepage resistance. Due to its high flame retardancy (flammability class V0) and other advantageous properties, FR4 is used in mechanical engineering and the electrical industry. The plates can be drilled, milled, and sawn. The FR4 GRP plate can be bonded with 2-component epoxy adhesive (e.g. UHU Endfest 300). Please observe the safety regulations for processing GRP and CFRP plates.
