The B20 drives are our smallest and lightest brushless motors currently available. Thanks to improved winding techniques and the use of the latest materials, we have succeeded in opening up entirely new possibilities for you. These small powerhouses can be used in a wide variety of applications. From very light yet extremely efficient drives for micro-helicopters, through all typical "400-class" applications, up to hotliner-style drives for HLG's. Torquing with indoor and fun flyers is now finally possible. These motors are available in two lengths as direct drives or with a very high-quality 4:1 planetary gearbox. The flange dimensions, identical to "400-class" motors for direct drives, result in almost endless application possibilities. The shaft of the direct drives is hardened and ground. In conjunction with the high-quality industrial ball bearings, it provides the prerequisite for high concentricity and a long service life. The 4:1 planetary gearbox has been specially selected for these motors. Numerous tests have confirmed its versatility and durability with extremely low weight. The output shaft has a flat spot for secure attachment of propeller adapters. Both clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation are possible without loss of efficiency.
