B50-10L Competition with 6.7:1 Gearbox
The Hacker R&D department has achieved a small quantum leap in the development of the new B50-Competition motors. A hitherto unequalled high efficiency with an improvement of approx. 4% compared to the B50 motor has been realized with many innovative detailed solutions in design, technology and quality.
During the development phase, numerous innovations were introduced and successfully implemented in various components of the motor concept. These include the segmented high-performance rotors made of optimized magnetic material. The outer housing design with milled cooling grooves offers perfect heat dissipation with minimal weight.
The integrated high-performance fan cools the B50-Competition motors in the most effective way. The operating noise is also reduced to a minimum with asymmetrically arranged air outlet holes. The B50-Competition is equipped with larger ball bearings than the Hacker B50. This significantly reduces friction and optimizes service life. In addition, a stronger shaft with a 6mm diameter prevents vibrations at extreme speeds. The front and rear end plates are screwed. For the geared motor variants, the shaft is already equipped with an integrated pinion. The increased power output of the B50-Competition motors is ensured by a high-performance gearbox with a 6mm shaft.
