The HEPF GPS LOGGER is a telemetry sensor that provides fast and accurate real-time position detection. To achieve maximum precision and resolution, multiple navigation systems are used simultaneously. The integrated flash memory allows all data to be logged. The logged data can be downloaded and analyzed on a computer using the free MAV Manager software.

The GPS Logger App for JETI DC/DS transmitters can display the current position of the model on a graphical map background on the transmitter's display.
It is possible to define multiple flight zones as well as restricted areas, each with a different shape (circles, rectangles and simple KML files are supported). You can also define an optional alarm when entering/leaving each zone.
For each zone, you can specify the following parameters:
- Flight zone/restricted zone: these types are characterized by different colors and alarms.
- Minimum and maximum height of the zone: represent limits in the vertical direction. The height refers to the starting position.
- Audio on entry/exit: set an acoustic alarm to know that the model has crossed the boundaries of the zone.
- Approach warning: the alarm sounds report a short distance as soon as the model approaches the zone and moves towards it.
