IDS Servo Frames for the CHA HV85H
Integrated Drive System "IDS CHA HV85H with Micro Pushrod".
IDS System based on our servo frame type "CHA HV85H Bearing".
Due to the low installation height, the counter bearing is designed as a plain bearing. One-piece pushrod made of high-strength, carbon fiber reinforced plastic.
The IDS comes with a selection of pushrods, allowing the system to be used in any model.
The set includes 6 IDS servo levers of different lengths, so the IDS can be used on the aileron as well as on the flap.
Our IDS systems can be used equally for "left" and "right".

Servo frame dimensions: 48 x 36 x 8.5 millimeters
IDS pushrod Micro, effective lengths: 45 mm, 48 mm, 50 mm, 53 mm, 55 mm, 58 mm.
Cross-section: 4 x 3.5 mm.
Fork set, effective lever lengths: 3.5 mm, 4.5 mm, 5.5 mm, 7 mm, 8.5 mm, 10 mm.
