KIRA 480-26 with KPG25 5.2:1 Gearbox

With the KIRA motors, KONTRONIK has developed a new inrunner equipped with everything a modern model motor needs.

Latest magnet technology enables even higher efficiencies at comparable speeds. Only the best magnetic material is used in the new KIRA motors.

Thanks to the internal fan, KIRA motors are perfectly equipped for continuous use with LiPo cells. Optimal cooling now allows for continuous power outputs that significantly surpass the capabilities of FUN motors and render Twists and Mambos unnecessary. An adapter flange is available for mounting in 25mm bolt circle applications such as cars or helicopters.

The new 650 size enables an incredible continuous power output of 1200W at only 330g, and all this with the usual good price-performance ratio.

Through finer tuning and even broader-band motors, only one gearbox variant per motor type is needed to cover the entire range of applications. This significantly simplifies your motor selection.

Our maintenance-free, high-quality, needle-bearing KPG gearboxes, which have proven themselves for many years, are used as gearboxes.

Application:

For gliders, model aircraft, helicopters, and small aerobatic models up to 450W continuous power. This allows gliders up to 3.5kg, model aircraft up to 2.2kg, and aerobatic models up to 1.6kg to be well motorized. Suitable for LHM size helicopters.
