Product Description and Features

TopFuel LiFe cells are designed in a flat, LiPo-like form factor, making them ideal for almost any existing battery compartment.

The main difference to LiPo and LiIon batteries is the lower voltage level of 3.3 volts to a maximum of 3.6 volts per cell. LiFe batteries are significantly less sensitive to under and overvoltage. They are characterized by a very constant and flat discharge curve as well as a very high cycle stability.

The battery comes pre-soldered with the XT60 connector system.

Internal chip for battery telemetry

Battery data such as type, cell count, capacity, C-rate or battery ID are stored on the passive MTAG chip. These values can be read out if required* with an external NFC sensor, such as the HACKER or JETI MTAG, and transferred to the transmitter telemetry.

The built-in MTAG chip also offers the possibility to manually or automatically count and store the charge cycles. When using several identical batteries in series or parallel operation, more effective active battery management becomes possible.

*Note: It is up to the user whether they want to use the MTAG function or not. The TopFuel battery can be used without MTAG like any ordinary battery.
