PowerBox # 1126/40
The PowerBox PIK connector range combines proven connector systems from the RC sector with modern Hot-Melt technology.
For this purpose, the cables are soldered in-house and then checked by a second employee for correct polarity and perfect processing. After that, the cable is placed in a specially manufactured injection mold and welded with a special plastic at 220°C and 10bar pressure.
This process permanently seals and strain-relieves the solder joints. Neither mechanical stresses nor environmental influences such as moisture or heat can negatively affect this connection. The plastic is resistant to vibration, oxidation, oils, acids, alkalis, and fuels, and is also temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C.
The variations offer different cable cross-sections, adapters, charging cables, or even servo connections with 3-core cables. Our cables up to a cross-section of 1.0mm² have PVC insulation, while the 1.5mm² and 2.5mm² cables are insulated with a silicone sheath.
