ORACOLOR^® 2K Elastic Lacquer Oratex Antique Translucent, 100ml Can

The ORACOLOR^® Elastic Lacquer for ORATEX^® is a high-quality 2K lacquer system originating from general aviation. ORACOLOR^® lacquers are lightweight aviation lacquers approved by EASA and LBA. The lacquer's color rendition and gloss match ORATEX^® model building fabrics and it is permanently elastic, WITHOUT the use of plasticizers, solely due to the special chemical composition of its formulation, which completely eliminates fillers. These are pure, highly pigmented, and extremely productive lacquer formulations with excellent opacity. Therefore, the lacquer is extremely economical in use, and the lacquering becomes light, as approx. 100 ml of lacquer is sufficient for approx. 1 m² of surface without overspray.

Cracking, which occurs with conventional lacquers, especially on fabrics, metal and plastic joints, is unknown with this lacquer.

Application:

Mixing ratio: 2 parts lacquer : 1 part hardener
Not suitable for substrates that are not resistant to organic solvents.

Before use:

Depending on the hardener used, the lacquer can be brushed or sprayed (painting hardener Art. No. 100-998, spray hardener Art. No. 100-997) and can also be thinned with ORACOLOR^® special thinner (ORACOLOR^® special thinner Art. No. 100-996).
