ORACOLOR^® 2K Elastic Lacquer, Deer Brown, 100ml Can

ORACOLOR^® is the colour-matching lacquer system for all ORACOVER^®, ORASTICK^®, and ORATEX^® products.

The special feature of ORACOLOR^® is that it is a highly concentrated 2-component lacquer that is mixed with a spray hardener for airbrushing and spraying, or with a paint hardener for brush application.

ORACOLOR^® meets the highest demands and is used in general aviation as an approved lacquer for aircraft painting. It is filler-free and extremely economical. With 100 ml of lacquer, approximately 1.0 - 1.2 m² can be painted. An individual processing viscosity can be adjusted with ORACOLOR^® Special Thinner (No. 100-999), whether for spraying or brushing.

ORACOLOR^® is available in almost identical colours to all ORACOVER^®, ORASTICK^®, and ORATEX^® products. After complete curing, ORACOLOR^® is fuel and ironing resistant.

Application:

• Mixing ratio: 2 parts lacquer : 1 part hardener
• for airbrush application, add up to 40% thinner
• for spray application, add thinner as needed
• Not suitable for substrates that are not resistant to organic solvents.

Before use:

• You need a suitable hardener for ORACOLOR^® lacquer.
• To prepare substrates for painting, ORACOLOR^® Filler (No. 100-999) is available in white.
• To use the high-gloss ORACOLOR^® lacquers as matt lacquers, we recommend using the matting agent (Art No. 100-995 and 1100-995). The degree of matting/gloss can be varied by adjusting the amount of matting agent added.
• For lacquers in fluorescent colours, please note: Since the chemical properties of fluorescent pigments create a matt effect, overpainting with ORACOLOR^® UV Protective Lacquer is necessary to achieve a glossy surface and for UV resistance.
• Not suitable for substrates that are not resistant to organic solvents.
