PALETTI Synthetic Resin Lacquer Spray, Light Grey Glossy, 400ml

Quality: High-quality synthetic resin lacquer

Properties:

• Fast-drying
• high covering and filling power
• permanently color and gloss resistant
• scratch, impact and shock resistant
• excellent adhesion
• resistant to synthetic oils
• heat resistant up to approx. 75°C

 Times: All times refer to room temperature (= +20°C to 22°C).
Depending on the thickness of the applied lacquer layer, drying times may differ from the stated times.
In case of doubt, let the lacquer dry longer!

Application:
Surface pre-treatment:
The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free (wash Lexan with acetone). Sand and prime with filler.
Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

General lacquering: Bring can to room temperature. Shake well before use and test spray. Spray several thin coats at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Spraying distance approx. 25cm.

Lacquering a single colour:
Several coats of the same colour can be sprayed one over the other within 2 hours. Do not overcoat between 2 hours and 24 hours.

Lacquering several colours one over the other:
The colour to be overcoated must be dry.
Waiting time between first and second colour: approx. 24 hours.

Attention:
Do not spray on acrylic lacquer and do not spray with acrylic lacquer.

Drying:  * dust-dry after approx. 30 min
                     * tack-free after approx. 3 hours
                     * fully dried after approx. 24 hours

Coverage: 400 ml is sufficient for approx. 1 m² depending on the shade and opacity

Recommendation: Only spray in dry weather and in sheltered places, as well as in well-ventilated rooms. Temperatures preferably between +15°C and +25°C.

Disposal: Only place the completely emptied can in the recycling container. Take the not emptied lacquer can to the hazardous waste collection point.

Tip: When lacquering small areas, we recommend using a cardboard stencil with a hole cut into it, slightly larger than the area to be lacquered. Hold the cardboard about 1-2 cm above the area. This method catches a significant part of the spray mist.
