PALETTI Synthetic Resin Lacquer Spray, Light Grey matt, 400ml

Quality: High-quality synthetic resin lacquer

Properties:

• Quick-drying
• High opacity and filling power
• Permanently colour and gloss stable
• Scratch, impact and shock resistant
• Excellent adhesion
• Resistant to synthetic oils
• Heat resistant up to approx. 75°C

 Drying times: All times are based on room temperature (= +20°C to 22°C).
Depending on the thickness of the applied lacquer layer, drying times may differ from the stated times.
In case of doubt, allow the lacquer to dry for longer!

Application:
Surface preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free (wash Lexan with acetone). Sand and prime with filler.
Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

General painting: Bring the can to room temperature. Shake vigorously before use and test spray. Spray several thin layers at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Spray distance approx. 25cm.

Painting one colour:
Several layers of the same colour can be sprayed over each other within 2 hours. Do not overcoat between 2 hours and 24 hours.

Painting several colours over each other:
In principle, the colour to be overcoated must be dry.
Waiting time between the first and second colour: approx. 24 hours.

Warning:
Do not spray on acrylic lacquer and do not spray with acrylic lacquer

Drying:  

• Dust-dry after approx. 30 min
• Tack-free after approx. 3 hours
• Thoroughly dry after approx. 24 hours

Yield: 400 ml is sufficient for approx. 1 m² depending on the shade and opacity

Recommendation: Only spray in dry weather and in sheltered areas, as well as in well-ventilated rooms. Temperatures preferably between +15°C and +25°C

Disposal: Only put completely emptied cans into the recycling container. Take cans that are not emptied to a hazardous waste collection point.

Tip: When painting small areas, we recommend using a cardboard stencil with a hole cut out slightly larger than the area to be painted. Hold the cardboard approx. 1-2 cm above the area. This method captures a significant portion of the spray mist.
