PALETTI synthetic resin spray paint, sapphire blue glossy, 400ml

Areas of application:
Suitable for wood, metal, paper, glass, GRP, foil, plastic (Lexan), EPO, EPP, Elapor

Quality: High-quality synthetic resin lacquer

Properties:

• Quick-drying
• high opacity and filling power
• permanently colour and gloss stable
• scratch, impact and shock resistant
• excellent adhesion
• resistant to synthetic oils
• heat resistant up to approx. 75°C

 Timings: All timings refer to room temperature (= +20°C to 22°C).
Depending on the thickness of the applied paint layer, drying times may differ from the specified times.
If in doubt, allow the paint to dry longer!

Application:
Surface pre-treatment:
the surface must be clean, dry and grease-free (wash Lexan with acetone). Sand and prime with filler.
Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

General painting: Bring can to room temperature. Shake vigorously before use and test spray. Spray several thin coats at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Spray distance approx. 25cm.

Painting one colour:
Several coats of the same colour can be sprayed on within 2 hours. Do not overcoat between 2 and 24 hours.

Painting several colours on top of each other:
The colour to be overpainted must be dry.
Waiting time between first and second colour: approx. 24 hours.

Attention:
Do not spray on acrylic paint and do not spray with acrylic paint

Drying:  * dust dry after approx. 30 min
                     * tack-free after approx. 3 hours
                     * fully dry after approx. 24 hours

Coverage: 400 ml is sufficient for approx. 1 m² depending on colour and opacity

Recommendation: Only spray in dry weather and in sheltered areas, as well as in well-ventilated rooms. Temperatures preferably between +15°C and +25°C

Disposal: Only put the completely emptied can in the recycling container. Take the non-empty paint can to the hazardous waste collection point.

Tip: When painting small areas, we recommend using a cardboard as a template, in which a hole, slightly larger than the area to be painted, is cut. The cardboard is held approx. 1-2 cm above the area. With this method, a significant part of the spray mist is caught.
