Properties:

• Quick-drying
• high opacity and filling power
• durable color and gloss retention
• scratch, impact, and shock resistant
• excellent adhesion
• resistant to synthetic oils
• heat resistant up to approx. 75°C

 Times: All times refer to room temperature (= +20°C to 22°C).
Depending on the thickness of the applied paint layer, drying times may vary from the indicated times.
When in doubt, let the paint dry longer!

Application:
Surface preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry and grease-free (wash Lexan with acetone). Sand and prime with filler.
Allow to dry for 1-2 hours.

General painting: Bring can to room temperature. Shake well before use and test spray. Spray several thin coats at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Spraying distance approx. 25cm.

Painting one color:
Several coats of the same color can be sprayed over each other within 2 hours. Do not overcoat between 2 and 24 hours.

Painting several colors over each other:
The color to be overcoated must be dry.
Waiting time between first and second color: approx. 24 hours.

Caution:
Do not spray on acrylic paint and do not spray with acrylic paint.

Drying:  * dust dry after approx. 30 min
                     * touch dry after approx. 3 hours
                     * fully dry after approx. 24 hours

Coverage: 400 ml is sufficient for approx. 1 m² depending on color and opacity

Recommendation: Only spray in dry weather and in sheltered areas, as well as in well-ventilated rooms. Temperatures preferably between +15°C and +25°C

Disposal: Only place completely empty cans in the recycling bin. Take unemptied paint cans to a hazardous waste collection point.

Tip: When painting small areas, we recommend using a cardboard box as a stencil, with a hole cut into it that is slightly larger than the area to be painted. Hold the cardboard about 1-2 cm above the area. This method catches a significant portion of the spray mist.
