Partall® Hi-Temp-Wax, PU 340g

PARTALL® Hi-Temp Wax is a PTFE-containing release wax designed for use at high temperatures up to 177°C. Particularly useful in applications where standard silicone waxes hinder post-processing.

Hi-Temp-Wax is a highly heat-resistant release agent made from modern synthetic, microcrystalline waxes and Teflon® (polytetrafluoroethylene).

Provides high-gloss surfaces. Ideally suited for smooth, dense surfaces such as GRP moulds. Drying time until polishing approx. 1 minute.

Manufacturer's processing instructions:
Rub the wax thoroughly onto the cleaned mould surface. Leave the wax in the mould until it is moderately dry (wax appears cloudy). Polish with a clean cloth, we recommend our cleaning and polishing cloth, until a clear high-gloss finish is achieved. Rub the entire mould surface with the cleaning cloth. Note: Use 2 to 3 coats of wax for the first application. Wax and polish as needed.

Consumption: 20-60 g/m² (amount depends on the condition of the mould surface)
