The Cessna 182 Skylane is the classic among private sport aircraft. Countless pilots use it as a travel aircraft and enjoy the freedom of the skies with it.
The Cessna 182 Skylane from Phoenix Models responds smoothly but directly to control inputs. It also exhibits good-natured stall behavior. The flight characteristics are comparable to those of a trainer model. This makes the Cessna a delightful pleasure flyer.
The model with a 207 cm wingspan is built entirely from laser-cut wooden parts and covered with original Oracover film. The painted wheel pants and the cowling are made of GRP. The landing gear bracket is made of aluminum.
The canopy can be removed for battery changes, as the model is equally suitable for glow ignition or electric propulsion. The corresponding installation parts are included. The two-piece wing is plug-in. This makes the model quite transport-friendly despite its wingspan.
The functional flaps make takeoffs and landings a true-to-scale pleasure.
