Pitot Slide, PowerBox # 6618
The Pitot Slide was developed to prevent transport damage caused by the protruding Pitot tube. The Pitot tube can be pushed in for transport and pulled out for flight. The built-in magnets lock the slide in both positions.
The Pitot Slide is supplied as a GRP kit including magnets and can be assembled in a few minutes with superglue.
