Technology has evolved and demands have increased. We at PowerBox-Systems are proud to present our further development, the PowerBox Competition SR2. With a new design and state-of-the-art technology, over 20 years of experience in the design and construction of on-board electronics have been integrated into one device.

The changes are already visible externally: The new colored TFT display is the most striking feature, clearly legible even in direct sunlight. The size of the display allows for a self-explanatory menu structure, which left not a single question among our test pilots regarding its operation. Another visible change is the large, milled heat sink, which significantly increases the power supply's performance. The overall size of the Competition SR2 could be significantly reduced. To match its elegant design, the associated sensor switch and the TFT display were also built into a milled aluminum housing.

However, the biggest innovations only become apparent after switching it on. Even on the main screen, all important information such as battery voltage, current, consumed capacity, and all receiver-relevant information can be seen at a glance. In addition, status messages related to a connected iGyroSAT or GPS III are displayed.

Within the menu itself, you will find many new functions in a clear structure, alongside familiar menu items, in 2 languages: German and English!

Thus, the new Competition SR2 has implemented the most powerful iGyro technology PowerBox-Systems has ever offered. In conjunction with the optionally available iGyroSAT, 12 gyro axes are available, fully covering all existing model variations.

A sophisticated setup assistant allows the pilot to set up models with, for example, two thrust vectors, ailerons, and tailerons in just a few minutes. At the end of the assistant, the transmitter channels are assigned, the gyro directions of action are set, and the servos are connected to the outputs.

Each individual gyro axis can also be fine-tuned from the transmitter using separate channels. A whole range of expert settings leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to adapting the iGyro to individual needs after the first trim flight.

Servo matching has not only been graphically revised: with the PowerBox Competition SR2, the servo curve can now be adjusted over 5 points. Automatic servo matching has been newly developed. In addition to a main servo, up to two additional servos are simply selected, and at the push of a button, these 2-3 servos are precisely matched to each other within a few seconds!

Two independent door sequencers are built into the Competition SR2. In addition to the landing gear, canopy controls with locking can also be realized without further additional devices. The first door sequencer can be taught in a few minutes with the help of a setup assistant - 3 modes are available. Further, special settings are extremely easy to adjust thanks to the graphical display, which shows the entire timing of the sequence at a glance.

For PowerBox and Jeti pilots, the Competition SR2 can be almost completely* operated and adjusted from the transmitter! Telemetry for battery and receiver data is fully developed for all supported systems. With a connected GPS III, GPS data is also available - as far as the respective system allows.
