The PowerBox Source is the consistent further development of the successful BaseLog. Customer wishes and requirements for modern telemetry systems have been incorporated. The size could be reduced by optimizing the cooling surfaces. Thus, the PowerBox Source can also be used for small models with high current requirements. The power reserves of this small powerhouse are enormous and are in no way inferior to the larger switch systems!
A small OLED display is included in the set - so you always have all battery data in view, even with concealed installation. Even without a display, the PowerBox Source can be used with its full range of functions: the data connection allows all settings to be made with our USB interface using a laptop or PC.
Especially ATOM/CORE pilots can operate the PowerBox Source completely from the transmitter without any accessories!
All battery-relevant data is transmitted to the transmitter via the telemetry system, in accordance with the state of the art. In addition to ATOM/CORE telemetry, the PowerBox Source can also transmit telemetry data to Jeti, Graupner, Multiplex and Futaba transmitters. Furthermore, no additional teleconverter is required for Futaba.
The PowerBox Source can be set to four different output voltages: 5.9V – 7.4V – 7.8V and without a regulator, which means the battery voltage is passed through with little loss. The MPX inputs and outputs are equipped with safety clips or tabs to secure the connectors against slipping out in case of strong vibrations.
