Q-Fix curved S, Teil-Q # A20240100

The Q Fix is a model holder that can be placed on a workbench or attached to an aluminum profile, securely holding an aircraft model in position. It is available in various sizes and in "straight" and "curved" (with support radius) versions.
It can be optimally positioned on the workbench using the rotating feet and secured via the mounting holes. The feet can be detached with a screw. With the mounting elements, the Q-Fix model stand can also be attached to aluminum profiles.
Rubber cords can be hooked into the cutouts on the side panels to additionally secure the fuselage. Another option is to extend it with the Teil-Q BeltFix. This allows the model to be securely placed and fixed.
The model stand can be extended with an additional separator, a height adjustment, and an adapter that allows the Q-Fix to be attached to existing Teil-Q model stands.
A telescopic mechanism enables a maximum adjustment range starting from 1 mm.
The wooden parts are CNC-milled from high-quality and sturdy 15 mm birch multiplex and additionally coated with a 220 g/m² thick phenolic resin, which makes the model stand particularly durable.
The wooden parts are covered with 3 mm self-adhesive solid rubber at the support points to ensure the model is securely held and not damaged.
The holders are attached to the Teil-Q model stand with an M6 wing nut. A free bore or a groove on the model stand can be used for this purpose.
The holders consist of PETG plastic parts reinforced at mechanically relevant points. The lever clamp buckle itself is made of polyacetal to ensure reliable long-term function.
