Q-Fix straight L, Part-Q # A20240600

The Q-Fix is a model holder that can be placed on a workbench or attached to an aluminum profile, securely holding an aircraft model in position. It is available in various sizes and in "straight" and "curved" (with support radius) versions.
Its rotatable feet allow it to be optimally positioned on the workbench and secured via mounting holes. The feet can be removed with a screw. With the mounting elements, the Q-Fix model stand can also be attached to aluminum profiles.
Rubber cords can be hooked into the cutouts on the side panels to additionally secure the fuselage. Another option is to extend it with the Part-Q BeltFix. This allows the model to be securely stored and fixed.
The model stand can be extended with an additional separator, a height adjustment, and an adapter that allows the Q-Fix to be attached to existing Part-Q model stands.
A telescopic mechanism enables a maximum adjustment range starting from 1 mm.
The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and sturdy 15 mm birch plywood and additionally coated with a 220 g/m² thick phenolic resin layer, which makes the model stand particularly durable.
The wooden parts are covered with 3 mm self-adhesive solid rubber at the support points so that the model is held securely and not damaged.
The holders are attached to the Part-Q model stand with an M6 wing nut. A free bore hole or a groove on the model stand can be used for this purpose.
The holders consist of PETG plastic parts, which are reinforced at mechanically relevant points. The lever clamp buckle itself is made of polyacetal to ensure reliable long-term function.
